Joanne Mangan

Hi my name is Joanne, I am a Stott trained certified reformer pilates instructor. I have been practising pilates for 7 years myself and love how it helped me physically as well as mentally. I have been teaching for over 2 years now and have worked in most studios over the North West gaining experience where I could, meeting the most amazing clients, and working with like minded instructors. I am passionate about movement and helping anyone to move more freely. My favourite exercises on the reformer are those with feet in straps especially “short spine” and my go to is the semi circle. My classes are contemporary Joseph Pilates style with a twist. I teach a more dynamic class and love a prop! See you on the reformer!

Jane Clappison

Hi I'm Jane! I'm a certified yoga, barre, mat and reformer pilates instructor, and I teach contemporary reformer pilates at both Frame Bromborough, and Frame Chester.

For me, the best thing about pilates is that there are so many benefits, so you can really tailor them to your fitness goals. It’s so important to me to take a holistic approach, to focus on mental wellbeing just as much as the physical, taking this balanced approach is at the core of my teaching.

I love being apart of an industry that is empowered by mindful movement and focuses on personal wellbeing. I have met some incredible people whilst training, and even more inspiring clients since teaching, connecting with people is my absolutely favourite part of the job.

Beth Dowling

Hi, I’m Beth and im a huge pilates advocate. I have been practising pilates for over 3 years. I love to mix athletic style reformer with strength and endurance training while incorporating the classical pilates principles into each exercise. I love watching my clients grow stronger and more confident with each class they attend. My favourite exercise on the reformer is a progressive lunge. My classes are fun and empowering and will leave you refreshed and energised for the day! Can’t wait to see you in class!
